Why did she put "Silver Springs, Maryland" as her location if she lived in Romania?

And why does she think I'm going to help her import an HP workstation and associated software, in violation of all sorts of trade laws?

Edit: No, I was confused. She does live in Silver Spring...she's just in Romania helping her mother out. It still smells fishy.

Either that, or she has a visa already and she just needs "a little money" to return to the U.S.
